so basically, the lady is sitting in a car with a high tint, so it's really reflective and no one can see through. the man doesn't realise she's sitting in the car and uses the car window as a mirror to check his tie and himself. i'm assuming he struggles with his exterior image, and when he sees himself, he starts crying because he hates how he looks
