The Venetian in Las Vegas to Undergo $1-Billion Refresh

Earlier this year the ownership of the Venetian Resort Las Vegas changed, the new owner, Apollo Funds has some big ideas for the property. Starting with a massive one billion dollars to update and improve almost every area of the customer experience. This includes improvements to the arrival experience, redesigned and renovated suites, new restaurant and bar concepts and an overhaul of the entertainment and nightlife. This is in addition to the debut of the reimagined Venetian pool deck and a $50 million dollar Beach Dayclub. The Venetian has also partnered with Madison Square Garden Entertainment and is currently constructing the $1.85 billion dollar MSG Sphere which is a music and entertainment arena capable of seating 17,500 people.
