ASK: 40% increase to max pay per job code grade.
OFFER: increase defined MINIMUM wages to match our CURRENT STARTING WAGES; then adding said percentage of the MINIMUM wage on top of our current max-pay as an added progression to the established cap-out wage. [that is NOT a 25%, 31%, 40%, nor 45% GWI!!]

ASK: return stolen pension signed away by corporate mole
OFFER: replace our annual holiday bonus with dumping our shared profits into Boeing's own 401K stock portfolio

ASK: lower healthcare premiums.
OFFER: Boeing responded - "Boeing is not in the business of healthcare"; instead we were offered a 15% reduction if we only use Boeing doctors at on-site Boeing clinics!

ASK: job security for generations by securing next production line in the PNW.
OFFER: Boong will only guarantee PNW production for the length of this 4-yr contract, while the next production line project is not expected for another 9+ years. That is an "empty promise".

THE NEWS IS BEING FED FALSE INFORMATION.
