RICOH GR III - A Day Of Street Photography in the Rain

The Ricoh GR 3 is a great little camera that I've been using more and more recently. This is one third review and two thirds a street photography vlog. I also shot some film on this day, vision3 and portra800 - I might make another video about the vision3. Fun fact, if you saw the video I did few weeks ago about neon night photography in Seoul, this was filmed on the same day.

The Ricoh GR iii is not perfect of course, but I'm quite happy with mine. Conclusion and the best shots are at the end of the video.

everytime i watch a youtube review of ricoh gr3, the autofocus is always mentioned. I really hope that ricoh ups the autofocus system because the size of this camera is perfect for street photographers like myself especially i do a lot of fast paced shots on the street/.

Cool video and thanks for not bullshitting! Don't worry too much about originality, your set of unoriginal techniques + how you interpret photos is good enough for an identity.

Have you ever done photos professionally (as in, as some sort of assignment/commission, or sold photos)? If so, would you consider doing a video in that direction?

Did you have any issues with shooting with GRIII under rain? Did you use something to protect it?

Do I need to go TV or AV to enable the exposure compensation? As I tried using the recipes using U1-U3 and manual and its not showing. Newbee here. Thanks!

Do you find the griii getting quite warm & even a bit hot while in use of around 15 mins? when it gets too warm i feel a bit worried and turned it off right away lol

Yeah 28mm is really extreme hard mode tbh (i shot 2/3months in 14mm Lumix panasonic equivalent 28mm)
