I used it one a week. It contains 3-4 applications depending on how much gel you need... so you can probably do it as often as you like because it doesn't make your teeth sensitive or anything

i usually collapse on my bed without doing anything. I never used to have ache but now i do and i am wondering if it is because i don't wash my face for remove any makeup.

Instead of rubbing your face dry with your towel pat it after you wash your face so you can prevent pimples and premature wrinkles

How can you rub on your theet. Thats is so not good. Your rubbing the enamel that protects your theet away.
