When the markets are highly overvalued its best to put more $$ into SCHD and something like TLT(Im up on this)
But WHEN alrwady in correction/bear territory on a recession when PE is lower. Its best to invest back into The S&P or growth ETFs. You dont want to miss the 10 best days.

Just to add more info. Jepi is not sp500 and not at all is more of dow Jones index. Or value low volatility version of sp500. The more equivalent of jepq to sp500 is the Goldman Sachs version call gpix. Good luck.
