If Zakat is permissible fi sabil Allah, then isnt Islamic Centre in Norway on the forefront of defending Islam? I would be thankful if this point could be clearified by anyone having more knowledge than me please. May Allah s.w.t reward you my dear Brothers. I have already in the past, and will support more in the future the Islamic Centre, but wish to be careful with the Zakat money.

Muhammad hijab brother i got a question:

Is it permissible to give Zakat also for the establishment of Islamic Centre.
I found 2 opinions:

1. Its in the path of Allah so its permissible
2. That mosques can not be built with Zakat money

I personally found argument 1 to be strong but wish to know the opinion from your side. Jazak Allah umul Khairan
