Two recent watches from H. Moser et Cie have added a new and interesting style option for their line of timepieces…the Streamliner. Both futuristic and Art Deco from the 1930s, this new style provides a brilliant option for the more traditional styles.

I really love the design of this watch, definitely, the chronograph setup and acclaimed water resistance (water functionality as well) are the two biggest attractions after the design.
I think this watch pushed Moser towards a higher and better future even for their dress watches that jumped extremely in prices after that.

I really love this design. I have always enjoyed Art Deco style cases and this design appeals to me. This Moser can be used as sport or dress! 👍

Love moser. Just different from the sea of traditional trinity offerings. Something rare and special

The track around the dial of the chronograph reminds me of the new Omega Speedmaster Racing dials and even some of the vintage models like the Michael Schumacher, 3518.50 .The centre seconds is a lot less cluttered and the green fume dial is gorgeous. The bracelet merges with the case almost seamlessly and reminds me of the stretchy bracelets from years ago.

Great video on an amazing brand. One day I hope to add a Moser to my collection. Thanks as always Bill.

Had a Pioneer for awhile. Found their watches to be a tad to big fit my 6.5 inch wrist.

All Mosers have this issue. They are beautiful watches though. Moser himself made a fortune on dental 🦷 implants and sold that company for his watch passion.

Nice video mate.

I have the opportunity to see the watch in person, I must say it is a great one.

For some reason, the funky blue dial works the best on this streamliner chronograph. On the other lines - even the Pioneer - the midnight blue dial seemingly works better.

I work with my hands so a watch with a stainless steel bracelet is perfect for me. Now that Bill gives the streamliner his blessing I can confirm its my its my grail. I reminds my of my favourite steam engine, the Mallard, one of the last before Diesel killed them.

I have a question for you, would you take Vacheron Constantine 56 complete callendar or JLC master control chronograph?
Your opinion is valuable to me.Thank you..

Hi Bill. Thanks for reviewing it! Does the hmc200
Has a double hairspring?

Straumann & gold rotor drive the cost up but 20.000$ for a three hander is a bit steep. It's competing with the Overseas for that price. The HMC 200 movement should be around 15.000$ in my opinion.

Hello Bill!
I was watching a documentary on youtube " pakistans himalayas mysteries of shangri_la utopia" by david adams.

The shangrilla was ultimately considered as hunza valley.

Anyways, on his trip he went to gilgit, the shandur top, which is the highest polo ground in the world.

In his video, he noted that the name "polo" was given by the locals as it means " ball" in local language and it was from here, the british took the game to the west...

Thus the reverso history originated from gligit of british india, present day pakistan

A quirky bit of info for the watch enthusiasts.

Great video Bill. Did you ever get your AHCI book, The Independent Spirit? I remember in a stream you talked about getting it. I got it today and told my wife it has all my favorites! It's like a fantastic illustrated who's who.

Love the watch (time only) . Personally more of an Art Nouveau design (more organic), than an Art Deco (Streamliner) Design.

I am beginning to like H. Moser. I wish most of them are hand wound instead of automatic.
