Spectrum's Affordable Connectivity
Program (ACP) ended on June 1, 2024, and households are no longer eligible for the discount.
Spectrum does offer two low-cost plans under its Internet Assist program, but households must meet specific criteria to qualify. Some of the qualifications include being a recipient of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the NSLP, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) ended on June 1, 2024, due to a lack of additional funding from Congress. The program provided a monthly discount of $30 to low-income households, which in some cases made internet service free.

• Awards range from $27 million to over $3.3
Billion, with every state receiving a minimum of $107 million.

• With these allocations and other Biden administration investments, all 50 states,
DC, and the territories now have the resources to connect every resident and small business to reliable, affordable high-speed internet by 2030.
