One of my favorite for single leg strength. A must in most of my athletes programs.

Just like any other exercise, you can modify it to fit your needs. I typically opt in for a sitting back movement which involves the hips vs a forward knee movement.

If you do decide to opt in for the forward knee movement, keep in mind your training volume as this can be highly stressing. Like any other exercise ease into it.

Coach, should you still continue with a scheduled morning speed session even though your legs might be feeling not as explosive as they would be in afternoon? Because from past experiences, when I do I feel slower for some reason and a bit heavy.

His knees are so incredibly fucked up. He lost nearly all leg muscles through all the surgeries.
