Graph Rational Function f(x)=(2x+1)/(x-3) Using Vertical & Horizontal Asymptotes, x- & y-intercepts

The rational function f(x)=(2x+1)/(x-3) can not be simplified so there are no holes. The function is then examined to find vertical asymptotes, horizontal asymptote, x-intercepts, and y-intercept. The function is then graphed and one more point is found to complete the graph.
