Fantastic finish to series 7. Without a doubt, I thought it was the best episode of the series by far. The entire story was exceptional and it was executed very well. The dying TARDIS, whose symptoms are that it gets larger as it dies, was a genius idea. I'm sure it seemed like an obvious idea but it was placed so well in the context that it was a burial site of legends. Again, this mysterious "Great Intellienge" phenomenon is really fun and it was the perfect villain for this episode. 9/10.

Considering this marks the last appearance of Alex Kingston (potentially ever) in the series, it would've been nice to see some more conversation with her.

LOVED this episode! Moffat was brilliant; Matt, Jenna-Louise were brilliant. The monsters were behind the sofa scary, the sets brilliant. And the reveal - holy Gallifrey! Never saw that coming.

It's going to be a wait until November!
