How to obtain:
Act 1: click on devil palm with standeless (spawns every 10 mins 1/3 only at the desert area)
Act 2: use a left arm (aka jesus corpse part) on act 1 (spawns evey 10 mins 3/10 on item island)
Act 3: click on god (aka kur) located at the colisium
Act 4: hold the spin item and press z (to ride horse) and walk around with your horse until you obtain act 4 (spin item spawns every 10 mins 3/10 on item island)
