Apex Legends Season 19 is here and along with it came the Newcastle Buff. Newcastle's buff in season 19 allows him to leap higher and come out of the landing faster. Here are my thoughts as a top newcastle player and what buff is still needed for the legend!

Agree to the toggle thing ive missed so many ults cause of that one thing

The ultimate being toggleable for locking onto teammates is literally something I suggested an entire year ago on the official sub reddit. But because its Newcastle, its not a character majority of people are playing, nobody gave a shit and it got zero traction. I'm pretty sure I got downvoted for this QOL change, even. This is the #1 change I wish they added to the game.

The toggle is a must tbh can't count the amount of times my bro about to clutch up a fight and I think he's about to go down so I ult on him only then for him to miss his shots and go down

I wish his mobile shield moved a little faster when you adjust it. Right now it's the same as your walk speed--it'd be great if it was sprint speed

Turns out that this was just a pleacebo effect. The buffs weren't applied at all at this time and it was proven. I believe they've fixed it as of a recent patch.
