The Supreme Court is set to rule on Monday whether former President Trump has immunity from criminal prosecution, a monumental decision that comes just days after the court dropped a decision throwing into doubt charges against hundreds of Jan. 6 rioters and Trump himself.

A nation's Supreme Court must be completely impartial and reflect the overall aspirations and general will of the majority of that nation's people and not the will and aspirations of those who appointed them to their position!

Here in Australia, judges and magistrates are not political appointees and can be suspended and/or dismissed for malpractice or incapacity very quickly and must retire at age 70...
