I got my rook pierced three days ago and for me it didn't hurt at all. It does not hurt now, the only time it hurts for me is when I'm cleaning it, because I'm moving the piercing and it's a bit sour, but besides that it's fine :)

I know one person got a cartilage piercing and she said she took a towel and made a circle shape with it and slept on it that way

Got my rook piercing a week ago and it wasn't really hurting at all and suddenly day 7 it got swollen and my whole upper ear is sore 😭

i got my rook done like 4 days ago and honestly the pain was about 6/10 when getting it done but my ear swelled and now it hurts a little more. this is probably the most helpful video i have seen for the rook piercing.

If you get another piercing I would recommend titanium instead of stainless steel. My body didn't react well to it and titanium doesn't give me any issues..

i recently got my rook pierced & the professional that pierced it told me to use dial soap to clean it? do you think this is okay or should i switch to solution?

I got mine done a few days ago and it didn't hurt at all, I didn't even know that the piercer had already done it when she said we were done. also, I have a low pain tolerance and it was a 1/10. definitely go for it if you like it, don't be afraid of the pain

Brooke is one of the most painful conch is really bad but one that’s worse than conch and rug put together is snug if you have low pain tolerance don’t get a snug piercing now I have high pain very very high pain tolerance so for me it’s different I’m good with it I’ll handle it pretty good

I got my rook pierced 4-2-2025 my piercer just told me to use provon he said it was better for it then saline to use two to three times a day it hurt a little more than my septum got it in my left ear the bar is really long said to wait to change it in 6 to 9 months and to only use 2 to 3 drops of proven with some water

I got my daith nd tragus pierced at doc black in Newcastle at the metro, I thought they were very nice nd help u calm ur nerves down bc when I was getting my tragus I was quite anxious about getting it done nd both my daith nd tragus did not hurt as bad as I thought they did 😊 Furthermore they have decent price ranges 😄

I got a helix piercing using a gun and it got infected had to remove it after all and it leaves a scar too... 😞😞

ive got mine pierced two days ago and yeah cleaning it hurts worse than actually getting it done
i’ve always liked piercings but i’m afraid of needles and i almost passed out after i got it done cause the thought of a needle through my ear especially the fact i could hear the cartilage crunch made me feel not good
i do really like how it looks though
