Video clip about installing Open Source Point Of Sale (OSPOS) in Debian 6 (Squeeze).

This program is used by retail shops and small businesses as a PC based EPOS system.

It is web based and will run in Linux, Mac, Microsoft, and other operating systems. The program requires a web server, PHP, MySQL, and, preferably, phpMyAdmin. They can be downloaded individually or in a package such as XAMPP.

OSPOS is open source so programmers can use it for learning and for development projects

The program can also be set up as a shop game for children to teach them the rudiments of business, how to count change, and other simple principles.
