F2A is currently Nov 15 2021 and not 2023 as you stated
My daughters priority date is Nov 2022 and its at nvc kingston.

How about spouses of US citizens? Who filed i-130, no information about them?. Been approved since October 2023 and waiting for interview

My understanding is the embassies haven’t sent out interview letters since April. No one seems to know when interview letters will start being sent out again. Cases DQd August 2023 are still waiting for letters these include C R 1/ I R 1/ and K. The embassy is only working with student and employment visa cases. Immigrant attorneys met with a rep from NVC and asked why the wait and the attorneys sent inquiries with responses that were useless. This type of info is what people need to know.

If I file labor certification now, when will I be able to get green card.
Please suggest for both EB3 Skilled and unskilled categories

It is still projected to waste 20k fb4 visas this fiscal year.

It looks more as though this is planned wastage. One year is an anomaly. Two years is a pattern.

Hi Jacob, thanks for the helpful video. My brother priorit date is Feb 22, 2024, his I-130 is already approved, he is here in the U.S. and he is in the F2A CATEGORY. I know that he is eligible to apply for adjustment of status, but we don’t know if we should submit the application now or wait till the month of August?

I don't understand one thing: if the priority date for F1 family sponsored says Sep. 01/2017; does it mean there is still 2 years of wait time till my priority date of Oct. 2019 ? When its time to file for adjustment of status, do they send mail or we need to apply ourselves?

I had my interview recently under F2A category…30 days after the interview my passport was delivered to me saying my case is not current…. My priority date is 28th June 2023…………
So I should wait till my case is current……
When is it going to be current, ??

Hi! I Would like to know what's going on with the F4 category as it has been a year and there has been no movement. While other categories are moving or slightly moving our f4 isn't. Can u elaborate more on it. Thanks
