The click visuals on the z9 very customizable. I've set it to a .4 second blackout effect as I prefer the OG but there's a lot of options.

I still have my Sony A9 and I will probably never get rid of it. I use it for all my racing and action photos and it has never failed me. It focuses faster then my a7rv and a7iv when locking onto a subject. And unless I am using flash I leave that sucker on silent mode and get such beautiful photos.
Sony is just on top of their game. But everybody else is catching up. But nobody else has a lens selection like they do. And I will be sticking with them

I have the Z8 and have no problem knowing I’m shooting in silent mode. It’s really to see the flickering square. There are three selectable modes.

I first got into photography after my first son was born in 2016, and the Sony A6500 was perfect for me starting off. It was compact, shot up to 11 frames per second, and took great photos. Plus with the 3rd party lens Sigma I was able to get amazing prime lens for extremely low prices. I started with the Sigma 30mm F1.4, and eventually added the 16mm F1.4 (for videos), and the Sony 55mm F1.8 (for portraits). Fast forward all these years later and I sold my old gear and I upgraded to the Sony A7IV and G Master lenses. I think too many people get caught up in tradition and for me I just wanted to buy into the industry leaders pushing innovation forward.

When I got into photography I knew everything will get better. I don't care about new gear. My present gear works. Absolutely no need to upgrade. For messing around I got a t5i, for serious shooting I got 7Dmk2. Old yes, still do what I need, yes.

Great camera. It is my favorite camera. The A1 is still the ONLY camera to do 50 mp RAW 30fps shooting. Other cameras do jpeg or less fps for raw.

I went from Canon 7D to Sony A7III and still shoot with the A7III. It’s also the “Web Cam” for every video I create for my channel. Best investment in camera gear I ever made. Still don’t see enough benefit to upgrade it to anything released since.

I think the Canon 5D MIKI can compete with the A7iii for most important full frame camera. I remember people going mad about the video . I Have never understood why the Sony non stacked camera don't allow an audio beep for shutter like the A9 & A1. I know it's not black out free shooting but I would still like the beep
