What if you cant find exact model number of old capacitor? As long as rated the same numbers and physical size will it work? Need 45+8 at 450vac

so, my capacitor says 5/45uF ±5%.

I have questions:

- is "5/45" the same as "45/5". I assume yes, but want to be sure. 😊
- is it safe to use a ±6%? Most capacitors that I see are ±6%
