Good breakdown as always Derek, but I have a couple things to mention.
1. When you talk about the answer he gave to the reporter about power, I feel like you didn’t understood what he meant. With “manifesting” he probably meant “manifesting in his life” so actually taking all the “steps” to be strong rather than just showing it.
2. You say that he’s insecure for showing to the public how good and strong he is in a lot of stuff, like the hockey game and fishing and other stuff. Well, if - as you said - he’s a dictator, it is a pretty routine thing to make the people perceive the leader as a super-man that is very capable in general. (And I would argue that this doesn’t happen only in dictatorships)

To me personally it looks like on this one specifically you're reading into a lot of 'cues' way too much. He gives the typical "well I guess" look which is a shurg with closed eyes and raised eyebrows, and suddenly it's "eye diversion because he's being deceptive".
