I loved that the Sonic movie explored an emotional side to the character of Sonic that we just don't often see in Sonic media, especially in recent years. A Sonic who is lonely, isolated, desperate for acceptance and yearning for a home and family to call his own is something I never thought I'd ever want -- or even GET -- out of this character. But I'm so glad we have him now.

The movie was a pleasant surprise. It proved that with the right people involved, video game movie adaptations are possible to be great. Jim Carrey as Doctor Robotnik was a great choice. Played him well and added a new fun spin to the character and provided a sorta origin for him, and the same with Sonic. I really enjoyed the film.

Another great video you keep killing Mark keep it up i was originally going to see the Sonic movie with my friend to see how demonic the original. Design was going to be on screeen but once the trailer with new design came out. I actually got interested in it i went to see it my friend and we both really enjoyed it Jim Carrey was excellent as Robotnik i cant see this version of Eggman. Being portrayed by any other actor than Jim Carrey im a pretty casual Sonic fan with introduced me to Sonic was the Sonic x anime but i still of some of the more obscure parts of the Sonic lore. Great video as always

Personally, I found that the movie was relatable, above all else. I could see myself in the characters, in how they acted and reacted, with Sonic’s redesign helping me to connect with him, too.

I look forward to the future of Sonic in Live Action Movies, and I wonder, will the theme of friendship stand true for all of them?

Dude. If you got time to do it in the future, please pretty please tackle the Transformers Legends manga series by Hayato Sakamoto. They're Japanese pack-in and online 4koma stories that initially start out as Super-Deformed Work Com AU of Beast Wars with Maximals and Predacons (Both sides depicting various spectrums of Transformers fans) before turning into lore-heavy conclusion to Transformers G1 continuity (In Japan at least)

I had a really good time with this film, sequable? Yes, Trilogy? Uh, ok here's how it goes:
First film:Sonic and Eggman.
Second film:Sonic, Tails, Eggman, Metal Sonic & Knuckles (I had to do that)
Third film:Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, and Eggman (I'll add Rogue as well cuz why not)
