7.40 - the utility room has white basic sockets if am buying a house over £1 million I expect better and the house is small lack of privacy in the garden. Shite

I'd say it's worth about £1.25m to £1.5m (at face value, or at least, what i'd buy it for), £1, 300, 000 to be more precise.

Awful house, never justifies that price. There is a lot of land but the house size is awful in terms of the use of the land space. Better thing would have been to secure the property from the neighbours/outside and rebuild the house in the centre of the land. The two cars together outside almost are the same length as the entire house!

Why skimp on the driveway with a cheap Tarmac option, not worth the money as expect more than Tarmac at £100 per ton laid for this price .

Always enjoy watching Tom & Jas giving luxury house tours but what is going on with the lighting levels on this tour? In some shots it’s incredibly dark. Not sure if its the house itself which doesn’t appear to be flooded with natural light despite the abundance of glass?
