I believe it is premature to term it as "Propoganda". Let the agencies do their work.

But this is a clear case of conflict of interest. She can not probe Adani cases as she has direct involvement via Agora. Moreover she promoted REIT when her husband is actively involved in this

Why Adani had not filed any defamation case against Hindenburg in US?

I agree, but also, deep down inside, you also know that, SEBI has literally protected Adani. Deep down inside you also, know that, something is wrong when Adani green had a pe ratio of 1000, when its performance is nothing but mediocre.

The government should proactively go for a full investigation to make things clear once and for all. Otherwise erosion of trust is inevitable.

"Buch’s response now publicly confirms her investment in an obscure Bermuda/Mauritius fund structure, alongside money allegedly siphoned by Vinod Adani. She also confirmed the fund was run by a childhood friend of her husband, who at the time was an Adani director.

SEBI was tasked with investigating investment funds relating to the Adani matter, which would include funds Ms. Buch WAS PERSONALLY INVESTED IN and funds by the same sponsor which were specifically highlighted in our original report.
This is obviously a massive conflict of interest."

We should not believe our institutions blindly.

It is not propaganda, there are whistleblower reports with evidence on Hindenburg's site. I am shocked that someone like you from a finance background are saying that this is an attack. There is a clear conflict of interest on the part of SEBI's head and she should resign. The unwillingness of SEBI to investigate into Adani's offshore companies is a huge red flag. You have the responsibility to call spade a spade.

Adani me thousands of crore ka money laundering / round tripping ka kuch investing Kiya nahi SEBI ne ...Buch ke 60cr networth investment ka kya investigate karenge.
Sahab phone karenge ab LIC ko 30-40k crore dalo Adani ke shares mai

Why has the SEBI chief vociferously promoting REITs without the disclaimer? Fund managers and fin influences are penalised by sebi for making forward looking statements. Should sebi chief not be penalised for her forward-looking statements? As a sebi chief, she should be above all suspicion and must be answerable to all the investors.

Your views completely discard the involvement of the current government and their politics. The matter IS political, so I don't think we can say "do not get into the politics propoganda". I personally don't trust this govt and their oligarchic nexus. I'm pretty sure they would have exerted certain pressure on the SEBI chief, or maybe she was made SEBI chief only because she'd have agreed to bow down to the govt, for whatever reasons.

Sir, qualifications and education are not necessarily a guarantee that a person will not be corrupt.
Let the enquiry be conducted

I believe sab finance influencers ko shant rehne ka paisa milaya hai...
Supreme court should order investigation on sebi and suspend Madhuri for a few days till the execution gets completed...Hinderburg ne pura proof ke sath allegations dala hai....kisi ki himat nhi hori bolne...

USA has turned over Govt in Bangladesh and they keep on targetting other countries.. Hindenburg is short selling institution and they will gain max profit if our share market falls.. so even if some issues raised are valid, let entire market not be punished.. Believe in India's growth story

Your logic doesn't make sense... A person sitting in such an important position should be clean and without background issues.

Why are you acting like a lawyer for SEBI and its chairperson ? This only proves that you are not politically neutral when it concerns Investment decision-making. If you really believe in the India Story, you should encourage these institutions (which have been unfortunately reduced to lapdogs ) to walk the fire and prove that they are beyond reproach ! This means they should be open to investigations by JPC or by Supreme Court appointed committee or by CBI and come clean. Instead to issuing denials, rejections and dragging India and its growth story in the mix.

Very shallow, biased, thoughtless analysis. Watch what you say in public domain. There are lots of customers and prospective leads who you might lose !

When a private company sitting outside India can dig up so much dirt on the chief, do you really think CBI or ED wouldn't have known about this? Surely they did. But chose to not make it public.
When there's some allegations on a person that too on a chief, the whole institution is at the risk. Govt should temporarily suspend her & get her back only if she's clean.
FYI its just not Indians money which is the market, there are FIIs as well. If they can't trust the institute, they won't come back. People put their hard earn money here, that too retirement & child education kinda thing. Don't you feel sad for them when this things happen?
I expected better from you.
