Single Line Comment
It might be present above the code or with inline code
Multi Line Comment
It will have # character in everyline of the comment

DocString Comment
Documentation string that are written within single or double quotes
and that act as comments

Diff between DocString and comment
Docstring is not omitted by the python interpreter while comments is
omitted by the interpreter.
Docstring is basically used for documentation. In some of the methods when we click
it will show the documentation.

It is a good practice to create documentation for ourself and for the future use
by other developers.
