Idk how many ppl have told u this, but when ever I m interested in a pedal I actively find ur vids. It’s very comprehensive like u don’t leave any stone unturned. Also I like ur humour, don’t ever chg man 🤟👽 and I’m watching this in 2022 HAHA

the pedal will actually produce stereo effects in the quarter notes/dotted eighths switch position. one amp will receive quarter notes, the other will receive the dotted eighths. excellent video, I've had this pedal for over a year now and I still learned some new tricks!

Great demo thanks. I seems a really useful effects pedal. I was thinking of buying one but have realised, because of this demo, that the DM2 is all I need. I have one. This is where YouTube demos are really helpful. Thanks.

Ha Ha .... @16:21 Watkins Copicat " I don't know this thing is, but it's dirty " The Copicat and the Echorec are worth the price of admission. I bought this one a few years ago because one of my guitar heroes ( Daniel Ash ) used the Copicat in the early days of Bauhaus. I LOVE THIS PEDAL

You get a stereo ping pong effect by setting the toggle switch down, and selecting the quarter note + dotted eighth note combo. Quarter notes ping, and dotted eighths pong . . .

great demo!!! i bought this pedal for the eco roland but it has not to much reverb...i love the reverb with delay sound

I own this pedal and it's my only delay and the only delay I want! I leave it on my fav setting, Bdm2 with feedback at 9 o'clock, time at about 2pm, and level at 10ish. This sound is perfect for minimalist overdrivey playing.
I left tape delay by Dan Huff on the toneprint for almost a year now, but I'm gonna try other ones.

It does however have trails/spillover. There is a dipswitch inside the pedal to change it from true bypass to buffered with trails.

Thanks for making this video .. i was trying to find out, from other videos, their website, and the manuel if i could alter the wow and flutter and other tape stuff in the editor before buying .. and seems it is not possible :/ .. that is too bad.. otherwise it seems like the perfect pedal for me.. but without the option to tweak the settings i am gonna have to pass on it.. So thanks for making things clear that is very hard to find info on otherwise :)

Was revisiting the big brother Alter Ego X-4 with my buddy Johnny Beane in my Flying Pickle Productions Studio yesterday... I bought it years ago for $150 brand new from Pro Guitar Shop while they were still around... best $150 I ever spend! The Bumblefoot Tone Print obviously not the most easily used preset... did you ever make one for this device? I must look and see if you made one too! It sounded so KILLAH through my EVH Iconic & my AC 30! 😎🤘🎸

A jack for an external tap tempo, and a way to control the modulation would greatly improve this delay pedal.

The Tel-Rey setting is a reproduction of an Oil Can Delay. No tapes in the original.
