Notice how chopped up those trees are after the position was softened by artillery, yet still in woodland like that, even if it's just a strip of woodland, the combat style is not disimilar to jungle contact. I'm guessing that most of that shooting was suppresive fire.
Could anyone see the enemy, as in muzle flash or anything? That's because it's really hard to spot anything quickly enough, or the video couldn't show it.
I'm happy to be corrected if wrong.
