How to Install Pixelmon for Minecraft on Mac

How to install the Pixelmon and Forge mods for Minecraft on Mac. The current latest release of Minecraft is 1.14.4 but Pixelmon still requires Forge version 1.12.2 to run. When downloading forge or pixelmin be carful because an add will pop up telling you you need a adobe update but it is a virus do not click it.

EVERYBODY WHO HAS THE JDK


Once it says needs a jdk, Click more info and it takes you to a site. Once there click download jdk. Next scroll down to the downloader named MacOS installer and download it. run the installer and then you you can open up forge. I just did this today and I hope you found this helpful!

It says The Java Jar file could not be launched when I tried to open the forge file even after I changed the security settings.
