Sometimes, people can get caught up in the past and what could've, would've, should've done.

I'm here to tell you, that continuing to focus on the past won't serve you! There is nothing you can do about it and nothing you can change about it.

To give your life and past the most meaning possible, look at those moments as a learning tool to create a new and better future.

In this video, let's discuss:
- How to stop punishing yourself
- How to let go of the past
- How to create the future you won't

My Kids call me the “WOULD HAVE, SHOULD HAVE, COULD HAVE “ man.

I kept doing this last October(21), and by November (21), I drove myself into anxiety and depression.

I don't why it's taking me so long to get the muse head band. I've really been wanting to get the muse head band for a while. I think i might have an impression of the muse head band as "easy fix easy - easy go". Meaning, i have an understanding that if the muse head band fixes or improves my brain performance by me being idle and doing nothing (i.e being easy) than it's easy go for my improvements. I might be wrong.

Thank you Dr Trish for a beautiful video. May you have a lovely week.

I was sexually abused by famley members in childhood and I never told anyone. I am fifty five and have always indulged in self punishment and felt better. I felt I deserve it. I have done stupid things to make myself bad so that other people would think bad of me. Is that normal.
