Fun fact: the C&O desk is the only Oval Office desk to have completely vanished. After The Resolute desk was restored to the Oval Office, no one saw the desk again. Never knew there was so much history behind the Oval Office desk, which truly is overlooked so frequently. Reminds me that so many seemingly simple things have incredible stories if you choose to search in the right places. Sometimes they can even be in plain sight, hence them often being overlooked.
