The title is a play on words also in south Slavic languages - because we say "papa", or even more commonly "pa-pa" to say "Goodbye". So, being that a song dedicated to his deceased "dad", it's symbolic that Joost is saying "pa-pa" to his "papa".

And yeah, this song is a serious banger! I would be very proud if this wins Eurovision; the only song I would be satisfied with that potentially beat my country's representative, Baby Lasagna!

I have never watched the eurovision song contest. Just heard about some weird disqualification and looked it up on youtube. And now I am obsessed with this song, which is a masterpiece of art. It hypes me up, but has such a deep meaning. And in the long version I always can't help to cry in the end. I can feel this song inside of me. What a shame that it didn't have the chance to win the contest. Joost is an incredible performer and artist. His energy is what the makes the song come to life.
