He's was never a paperback writer ... he's a "pay-per-view" plonker. The "real" author wasn't the ghostwriter or Bunker Boy; we all know who wrote and prompted the "memories" and "feelings" that HazBeen just had to get off his chest. (Which, according to them, they were supposed to be "moving on" afterward and not dwelling in the past.) But they have NOT. They cannot get past being extremely bitter, vindictive, petty individuals.
