Door panel, window, inside and outside handle removal on a Volvo 240 series. - VOTD

In this video I tear down a door on a couple of 240 vehicles. I removed the door panel, door handle, window crank handle, window and exterior door handle.

Robert, Thanks for all your videos and the info that you share. You do a good job explaining things. Just put in a new handle on my 92 245 and it was a bear. Your video helped more than the ones dealing with only the handle!


I'll be junking a 87 240 (partly cuz I'll get $1, 000 for taking it off the road) do you think the instrument cluster will work in the 92?

Hey Robert . thank you for sharing your knowledge on youtube. I have 2 questions please if you have time. First, if i leave the window up on a 93 wagon, do I atill have to remove the window? I am anious about never being able to get it back on its track. Second, i also have an 89 240 sedan, is it possible to use one of its door handles in the 93 wagon until i locate a new one.
