How to Exclude Internal Traffic From Google Analytics 4

Universal Analytics is (nearly) out, Google Analytics 4 is in.

It’s time to make that switch. But documentation is scarce right now. So I’m on a journey to figure it all out. You want to exclude your office IP address from your traffic reports to get cleaner data.

You don’t act like a normal user on your website so we want to exclude your interactions. This is how to exclude your internal IP addresses in your GA4 reports.

Have you found a way to show internal and external traffic in GA4 reports? Excluding internal traffic is great, but at my company we do want to see internal traffic and what they do on our site. So ideally, we should be able to say, this is what external users do on our site, and this is what internal users do. But hell if I can figure it out!
