There was a situation regarding the name change that after publication in the gazette, the name was changed in the identity documents but the board and university did not change the name in the documents of education, for this the Supreme Court made a very important judgment on 03 June 2021. In which it was said that when a person gets the name changed after publication in the Gazette, then after taking a copy of the gazette, order of the court and the prescribed fee, the name change will also be done in the certificate of the board, for which the board will make its own procedure and in its by-laws. About that order of the Supreme Court has been told in this video.
