I like the idea that Vincent feeling inadequate compared to River rubs off on her so much that she starts to doubt herself. Not feeling like she can go to Vincent about this problem leads her to confiding in Julius instead. She already has a huge crush on him but because he’s also making her feel good emotionally she starts to slowly fall in love and that leads to the affair between her and Julius.

please add a white picket fence to the house 😆 that’s how I picture a “perfect” family house! I also think it would be really cute to have River take up babysitting for awhile before her real career since she really wants to have kids!
