Istanbul Cevahir was once Europe's Largest Mall 20 years ago. The mall is located in a convenient location at the Sisli train exit in Taksim. The food court was the largest one I had seen in the month I was in Istanbul and I probably went to at least 20 malls. The top floor was oddly empty and probably had lots of dine in restaurants and had to shut down and never came back.
