The reason Richelle was screaming is because Kenzie drew a moustache on her photo.

Ozzy recruits the B Troupers to help him make the photos better, which ends in her photo looking deformed as we see in this part.

Kenzie wanted some help in learning the tutting section in the Addicted To You Dance, but Emily says if she wanted to help dancers, she should have bought the studio with her.
