Nord’s Royal Grand VS Yamaha’s CFX Grand!!! 🤺🥊

Comparing the flagship piano sounds from the two most popular keyboard companies, Yamaha and Nord!! Between the CFX Grand and the Royal Grand, which one do you like better?

Royal Grand sounds like a real piano. CFX sounds like a great digital piano

The CFX does sound very warmer than the Royal Grand. It’s the Royal Grand for me hands down cause it sound more natural and realistic to me.

I'm sorry guys 😢 CFX is my favorite because of the warmth, the depth, the colour, the versatility... (I love too the Royal Grand and I know is so deep and warm too). So I want both 😂

Brilliant comparison(or maybe not). One of the keyboards are in stereo, the other one (nord)in mono…which one sounds better. I choose stereo every time….

You know, I could totally tell without looking that it's Royal Grand (on the Nord). Sure, it sounds more like a real piano, but I've played Royal Grand and heard it enough that I know the sound inside and out.

I own a Yamaha CP88. CFX isn't the best sound in the world (I think Royal Grand 3D and White Grand have MUCH more realism), but the "weighted keys" on Nord keyboards are an absolute joke--they're not all that weighted, and feel awful to play on. The CP88 doesn't sound as much like a real piano, but FEELS like one; the Nord SOUNDS like a real piano, but feels like a terrible plastic keyboard compared to the Yamaha.

I cant explain it but Yamahas pianos and sounds have a wider and bigger stereo sound then Nord. Nords pianos while more natural give out a thin sound to me. And im a big nord fan as well as yamaha

nord recording is in lower quality, man. Unfair comparison... In spite of that, Nord is the best.

it's not even the white grand, and i still prefere the nord one hahaha not dislike the cfx though, but soundwise, it's not hitting for me
