The Perfect Paradox is back with random rolls in 2024 and a fantastic origin trait as part of episode echoes act 2. It can be obtained after completing all of act 2 and is then focusable from failsafe. A combination of perks, frame and origin trait all come together to make this great.
As is typical for pve shotguns a god roll like likely feature one-two punch as its main perk. But you could also go the trench barrel route here too. But why this is better than other options is due to its rapid fire frame which give it huge ammo reserves, the origin trait cast no shadows which allow melee hits to reload the mag and the artifact perk saint's inspiration which will allow this trait to overflow the mag to double capacity.

My very first drop was threat detector one two punch with extended mag, so insane for combination blow liars handshake build.

also for those who like running pugilist for like strand titan thats also available. and even better, enigma protocol drops dawn weapons with double perks, so you can get pugilist field prep trench barrel and 1-2 punch all on the same gun

have you ever tried a roll with both trench barrel and dual loader?

you land a melee get two shells and with the increased reload you get a full magazine under a second making it reload like a magazine fed shotgun and continue holding down the trigger going full auto
