I literarily stumbled upon this video and I'm grateful. I just started day 3 of a six week PMI course. Everyone in the class has over 10+ years of experience as a PM. I have worked as an admin for 20 years and help facilitate tasks/projects, but never PM. My boss felt PM would suit my personality and skill sets and help our dept to be more organize. I'm overwhelmed with the terminology and how the initial process would start when invited onto a project. Yet I am excited and just want to learn from someone the foundation so I can build upon and be successful.
