Disable Teredo: (Reset your network first)
1. Run CMD as Admin
2. Type "netsh interface teredo set state disabled"
Use "netsh interface teredo show state" to check if it's disabled

If it's still enabled try this:
1. Press windows + R
3. Go to Computer Configuration -) Administrative Templates -) All Settings Find "Set Teredo Default Qualified" and "Set Teredo State" and change it to Disabled

Reset Network: (Optional but recommended)
1. Run CMD as Admin
2.Type "ipconfig /flushdns"
3.Type "ipconfig /renew"
4.Restart your PC

NOTE: For some reason it can work if you re-enable it.

If someone has used this method in beta and it worked for them, but now it doesn't - change this toredo thing back (netsh interface teredo set state type=enterprise), for some reason now it's working with it enabled rather than disabled.
