He gotta have at least 3, decent earnings mandatory because if you do well you'll probably want to build together. So, money, protection and personality. I have learned that confidence in yourself is way more attractive to women then anything. Now you may not get to keep her but she will give you a chance cause she is curious of the level of good energy you are showing.
