hullo! would like to highlight a mistake I made that a friend pointed out today; the 3 fans on the right side of the case needed to be flipped to properly establish airflow (outtake vs intake)! please make sure ur fans are facing the right way LOL esp if you’re gonna be putting decor in ur case. xx thank you for all the love as always! if anyone has advice on the io shield I will gladly take 🫡🫶

I recently realised that green is my favourite colour, and I absolutely LOVE how a lot of your aesthetic incorporates that. It’s like seeing my dream room being made and kinda like a blueprint for me in the future

Old video ik but a few important build tips:
1) using a power drill to do screws will probably strip them, I even managed to strip several screws by hand on my first build. Overtightening is a sin
2) it doesn't look like you used enough thermal paste? You want about a pea sized blob, however "too much thermal paste" isn't really a thing unless you're drowning in it. Too little thermal paste, however, can cause serious performance problems so it's better to apply too much than too little. The amount you originally applied seemed perfect, I'm not sure why you got rid of so much unless the AIO came with thermal paste preapplied.
3) I'm not entierly certain if you tried to put the IO shield in before or after the motherboard, but it's supposed to go in before. Sometimes it takes a lot of force to align the motherboard once it's in, but I've never experienced a case where the IO shield actually doesn't fit. Maybe you got unlucky tho, and my current PC doesn't have an IO shield either so who am I to criticise lol
4) Intel ARC? For your second ever pc build? Talk about confidence. Although intel drivers have improved a lot they're still the most glitchy on the market. Gotta get that sponsorship bag tho and the industry will only change when we stop supporting nvidia and buy intel/amd.

I the final aesthetic, it's so cute?? The Noctua brown and tan scheme fits the woodland aesthetic so well, definitely one of the best aesthetic integrations of the noctua colour scheme I've ever seen. Everyone should mod their cases a little, it's an incredibly rewarding hobby and turns a boring generic case into something truly your own. My next build will definitely have more nature integrations

PS if anyone cares enough about PCs to read this far down, check out Not From Concentrate's plant pot pc video, you'll love it. I'm going to take inspiration from it and this build for my next pc

I just started watching these videos recently, and I found them so calming and relaxing. While watching this one, I just got notified that I got my culinary associates degree and while trying to get it the journey has been so stressful and I guess these videos put me in the right headspace to be very happy about it. So I guess what I’m trying to say is thank you for making these videos that has the ability to make someone so calm and and content in the moment.

The growth you have building this PC compared to the first is cool

Edit: omg linh it’s so pretty 😭

For a first-time PC builder, I appreciate the effort! Just a heads up: it's best to install the I/O shield before the motherboard to ensure it fits snugly with enough pressure. Also, ensure the chassis has ample breathing room for better airflow; too many decorations inside might lead to heat build-up.Your setup looks great—go green! 😄

we need to pause and take a moment to appreciate how long it takes for linh to make their videos like she's sooo talented <33

I just recently went back to your first PC build as I've been interested in building my own PC and your video is inspiring and relatable to me, and I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw this video pop up on my recommended!

the way u seemed to casually make everything you touch aesthetic, including the pc, is incredible. it’s beautiful stunning everything I would want.

i love this build so much it is so unique and it isn't something I have ever seen before. The forest green is chefs kiss. I personally would just be afraid to put that much plastic greenery in my case because it can cause airflow issues, dust accumulation, and potentially melt if the internal temp gets too high.

This is easily one of the most unique builds and setup I've ever seen. The whole aesthetic is just amazing!

This genuinely got me excited to start getting into PC building again! I knew I wanted some kind of nature/greenhouse theme to my PC and yours looks the closest to what I was envisioning! Not only that, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the parts you had picked out nearly matched all the ones I had already picked out on my own time doing research into what a PC needs, so I won't have to go looking for parts to replace the ones I was already set on getting. Might look for a new case though, though the color is pretty it's just too big for my room!

Hey! Sorry for the delay, but just letting you know that that case was designed to not use an IO shield! That particular case has 2 "modes" if you will, open-air where you remove the top and back and front panels so it's just glass and open, and closed mode(like you have it). It's sort of a side-effect of that hahah. Adorable build though!
Also sidenote, magnets are only harmful when directly against hard drives hahah (not SSD's) and could slow down fans. Otherwise, go wild with magnets :D

edit: Also noticed some people saying to flip the power supply over, again don't bother with that, the case you're using will give the power supply better airflow with the fan upwards like you have it :)

Omg thank you so much for making this video!!! For 4 years I’ve been searching for someone who wanted to build a planty/whimsical pc build that I’ve been trying to envision! This year I finally have the funds to get a pc so I’m so excited! Been worried if using magnets for decoration would mess it up
