No offense to anyone, kindly note that we don't have masons, electrician, plumber, operators, tile workers etc, the list goes on, in short generalizing, most women don't involve in blue collar work, and most aim for white collar job only, even in armed forces, women are not involved directly in front line ground duty, after all these years we are seeing a few fighter pilots, and while women are not barred to vote or run for office, most don't by themselves, , in 90 percent of blue collar job, technical job etc, work conditions, health and safety etc are highly exploitative. Same with our heavy industry. My past company had 2 toilets for 150 men, men physically take more strain and Indian Employers who mostly only cut corners don't provide anything. Now if we force women in these spaces, then it will be a nightmare for the poor souls. We can have thousands of legislations, but it will be only ceremonial, it will never be up to European standards... In past a phone manufacturer hired lots of women, for their nimble hands for fast assembly, they were paid paltry sums. Most men are exploited, underpaid, over worked, men have highest suicide rates, lots of illness like sugar, bp, back pain etc, but the moment you bring women into picture, Employers are forced to provide the right facilities, so they don't do it.
As far as men are concerned, the rich get away with anything, the poor don't bear the expectations burden, man cannot even cry, so your 33 percent is going to do nothing for him. Women don't under marry, period. Most don't take primary responsibility for family or parents, don't blame the society for everything. Let's have a welfare ministry for man, let's spend some money to enlighten the man, lets make some equal laws, changes will start from grassroots level.

While my MP has brought points of great importance as far as lack of entrepreneurs from women front are concerned... This scenario us NO different at United States too.. Howany Fortune 100 companies ( US based) we're and are run by female entrepreneurs.. When HP was led for a few years Carley was shunted out.. Indra Nooyi.. Is a rare ex CD exception..Miles to Go for us to cultivate the hobbit of treating women with equanimity ...BUT.. do they deserve it.. Is a very relevant question..
