Just go in everyday with a positive mindset and get the job done. At the end of the day you’ll drive back with an empty truck and one step closer. We appreciate all the ccas do, I was there and I know the amount of work, routes, handoffs, packages you have to do. Without you the post office would not be where it is.

Nice. Keep your head up take your breaks (two 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch) with any bathroom breaks you desire. You'll get there, took me 3 years and I've been a regular for an additional 3 years.

Just made it past probation period here in a small town in pennsylvania and I love it, although I am getting worked like crazy, always out past 5:30 making sure the regulars get home before or at 4pm. But, all in all it’s great and I can’t wait to make regular and explore the possibilities the post office has.

They got me and my CCA co-worker on CCP (Amazon *Sunday) Friday/Sat/Today & Memorial Monday... WE ARE GASSED!!! 😫😫

But thanks for letting me know we'll AT LEAST be getting holiday pay tomorrow.. 🙌

Just got fired after making my one year, usps is literally a energy draining vampire!!! Contract broken basically everyday, more than 12hrs of work everyday, constant lying of management, lack of respect and proper communication. This place is a hell hole that you must fight everyday for your rightfully earned money until you become a regular. And that’s if you make it, until than it’s grievance after grievance.
