I started my digital marketing agency a few years ago and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.

It allows me to work from home, set my own schedule, serve a lot of people, and make good money doing it.

But one of the next best decisions I made, was transitioning my traditional marketing agency into a SaaS marketing agency thanks to GoHighLevel.

What I’m not understanding is why the model is receive less monthly income . Do you still have to run the ads / keep up with the accounts yourself even if they are integrated to GHL it’s a software that’s brings clients all these results yet you’re still paying $400+ as well as doing the work why not still charge the thousands a month ? For those of use who are starting from nothing what is the way we’re supposed to get into saas without firstly getting the payment from the customer and it being enough to cover the monthly cost plus the service fee

I'd argue that the reason it's a hamster wheel for people is because they don't know how to actually bring results. They are overcharging for a service they can't provide. And over promising and under delivering. You are going to have Churn no matter what business you run, that is part of being a business owner. Whether you are selling a software product, ecommerce physical products, etc. It's always one mission, finding more customers. With a service business, if you charge $1k per month and bring the client $2k-$4k per month more than they were getting, then you are doing your job. And they will stay with you for months on end as it is worth it to the. If you aren't then you are essentially just taking their money, business owners will only give you their money for so long without results
