HAYSTACKS
10-ounce package (approx. 2 cups) Butterscotch Chips
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Cocktail Salted Peanuts
10-ounce package (approx. 6 cups) Chow Mein Noodles
Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the microwave stopping and stirring every 30 to 40 seconds until smooth. Add the peanuts and noodles and stir together. Place by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper or greased. Let sit out until hardened before packing away in airtight containers.

My sister made these every thanksgiving. I haven’t made these because they won’t be like her hands made them. I miss her and thanksgiving dinner at her house. 😢maybe the angels are enjoying them.

My sister makes them with miniature marshmallow's, no salted peanuts. I'm going to try them with the peanuts, helps cut the sweet.
