When I was young, these Amber Alerts always scare the shit out of me. I would always go to my parents to help calm me down. Now that I'm older, these Amber Alerts always manage to annoy me and I get tired of it! Like the moment I first hear that noise, I always yell in frustration. I know these alerts are trying to warn me from danger, but they didn't need to give me a heart attack while doing it.

I’am grateful for the amber alert for saving many children but the sound always gives me the chills so badly that it was stuck in my mind for hours i also heard this at 12:00 in the morning🥲 my heart was beating so loud and I ignored it.

we got an amber alert when in our cabin in the middle of the woods at night. it’s pitch black, no lighting, no wi-fi or cell service for a mile - 3 miles drive out, and it scared me i thought there was a fire or some crazy person. and yk you can’t call 911 or anything like there is nothing out there nobody
