Birthright citizenship should have a 1 generation requirement. Meaning in order to be born a citizen, at least 1 parent has to be a citizen.

I believe the constitution may have meant or implied those born in the USA whose parents are citizens, because way back when, traveling, let alone crossing a.border into US territory was NOT simple, and modern medicine was NOT keeping vast amounts of people alive. Hence the writers did not conceive there would have to be a specific stipulation. I believe the courts therefore could absolutely side with Trump regarding birthright citizenship!!!
